Metal Patio Roof

This customer wanted to remove the asphalt shingles from their patio roof and install a standing seam metal roof. Since the roof deck was already in poor condition, our estimator recommended installing a bead board roof deck that would create an attractive patio ceiling.

The old roof is removed and a bead board roof deck is installed

Owens Corning WeatherLock Ice and Water Guard is installed to the roof deck.

The perimeter metal and 24 gauge steel panels are installed. The steel has a kynar finish that serves as a protective coating.

The patio ceiling has a natural wood finish. The roof fasteners do not penetrate the ceiling, making the patio area more appealing.

The standing seam metal patio roof is completed.
