Deer Park Roofing, Inc. installed a new Owens Corning Roofing System on this Anderson Township home. The scope of work included a new copper turret, chimney flashing, a new EPDM porch roof, and replacement of the roof using Duration Estate Gray 30 Year shingles.

This Chimney was repaired at the same time the roof was replaced. New step and counter flashing was installed and the damaged bricks were removed and replaced. The rusted antennae was removed and hauled away to protect the new roof from stains.

The roof system on this Evendale home was replaced with Owens Corning Duration 30 year Driftwood shingles.

This Wyoming home was built before the turn of the century and needed to be updated. The shingles on the gable ends were replaced with James Hardie Stucco Panels. The shingles on the roof were removed and replaced with Owens Corning Lifetime shingles (Duration Premium Driftwood). New Alcoa seamless gutters and downspouts were also installed.

This rubber (EPDM) roof in Amberly Village had been leaking for years. All damaged wood was removed. New framing and roof sheathing were installed before the new rubber membrane was adhered.

This West Chester roof system was replaced with Owens Corning Duration Estate Gray shingles.

Deer Park Roofing, Inc. replaced this wood shake roof in Pleasant Ridge in 2008. New copper half round gutters and downspouts were also installed.

This West Chester Dental office roof was coated with aluminum fibered roof coating. The application of the coating should extend the life of this commercial roof for several years. The metal coping was also repaired.

The roof system on this Blue Ash home was replaced using Owens Corning Duration 30 Year Driftwood shingles.

The roof and gutters were replaced on this West Chester house. The new roof shingles are Owens Corning Duration 30 Year Onyx Black.

The wood soffit on the house above was damaged from an ice dam. Deer Park Roofing, Inc. eliminated the ice dam and installed new Alcoa vented vinyl soffit.

The roof system on this Amberly Village house was replaced with Owens Corning 25 Year Estate Gray shingles.
