Our Process

The Deer Park Roofing Process

Service That Meets the Needs of Our Customers

Most homeowners in Cincinnati and Louisville will only replace their roof system once in their lifetime. Deer Park Roofing understands that repairing or replacing a roof is something that can come unexpected and leave people with many questions. Educating yourself on roofing best practices from national organizations and trusted roofing professionals is highly recommended. Our website is designed to give you the best information so you can make an informed decision about roof repair or replacement. For your convenience, our sales and production processes are outlined below.

Initial Call or Inquiry

Reaching out to our staff members is easy and convenient. Our office staff is well versed in the roofing industry and we are happy to answer any questions over the phone, by email, or through our online chat on our website. If you would like to have your home inspected our office staff can set up an appointment for you with one of our estimators at a time that works best for you.

Inspections and Free Estimates

Our estimators provide a comprehensive inspection of your home’s exterior components upon arrival. We will take photos and explain our findings to you. If an estimate is needed for repairs or replacement, Deer Park Roofing will provide a proposal offering solutions to your problems. If you would like to receive a photo report with descriptions of what our professionals found, our office staff and estimating teams can email and/or mail a report to you at your convenience. Since most of our estimators have performed roof work before joining our estimating team, they are trained in solving your problems and not high-pressured sales.

Acceptance of Proposals

We provide both digital and hard copies of estimates to make receiving and reading the proposals simple. Our proposals will be comprised of a line-item breakdown of the work we are proposing to complete. Our goal is to provide a clean and clear description to you so you can make an informed decision on your roofing project.

Project Management

Projects at Deer Park Roofing are managed comprehensively with emphasis on 5 key areas:

    1. Design
    2. Installation
    3. Supervision
    4. Maintenance
    5. Warranty Service

Production is actively managed from the time of the initial call until the end of the service life of your roof system. Whether you have a small shingle repair or an entire roof replacement, our project management team delivers responsive and professional customer service. You will have a point of contact who will walk you through the process from the timeframe of the scheduling, discuss where materials will be stored on your property, and coordinate a final inspection and follow-up to ensure your satisfaction.

Inspections and Maintenance

Deer Park Roofing will have a foreman or superintendent complete a final inspection of the repairs or replacement. The quality of the installation of your project is at the top priority to Deer Park Roofing. A photo report can be shown in person or be sent to you upon the completion of the job so you can better see what was completed as well as the workmanship performed.

Warranties

Repeat customers receive priority service at Deer Park Roofing. Our service department is responsive and designed to investigate leaks as quickly as the calls are received at our office. We pride ourselves on standing behind our workmanship and the materials that we specify. A roofing system warranty comes with many different terms and conditions, in reality though, it is only as good as the contractor that you choose to warrant it and their production capabilities.
